Fees
FEES AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:
Lon travels from Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Payment of an expense fee calculated at the time of agreement drafting is requested. The fee amount depends on the location of the engagement and includes: First class airfare (booked fully changeable / refundable), plus travel expenses (meals, AZ ground transportation, wire transfer fees, taxes and tips). We ask our hosting organizations to directly reserve and pre-pay for Lon’s hotel room and taxes and his ground transportation outside of AZ, for the agreed duration of the trip.
